Anime Deals January 2025 Blog Banner

Okay, I admit the Anime Deals: January 2025 Edition post goes live a few days after the New Year.

But I still believe it’s never too late for me to wish you a Happy New Year!

May 2025 be the best year for all of us.

As you can see here, 2024 isn’t a good year for me.

While I don’t know what 2025 has in store for me, I do believe that 2025 will be a much better year than the year before.

If you read my post about my plan for 2025, then you’re already aware that I don’t have any specific plan for this blog other than to stick with the bi-monthly blog schedule.

Well, at least for now.

You’ll never know that I may change my mind about it midway.

Switching gears, if you’re up for the post-New Year sale, then you certainly don’t want to miss this month’s Anime Deals: January 2025 Edition post.

Final Fantasy I-VI Pixel Remaster Collection Blog Banner

Okay, I know what you’re thinking when you see this Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster game.

Isn’t the game already old news at this point?

Why am I talking about the game that already came out many moons ago?

Yes, you’re not wrong about the game coming out eons ago as I write this.

But if you want to get a physical release, now is your chance to do so, especially when there’s a huge discount for the Asia edition of the Switch version.

The only caveat? It’s only available for pre-order, though.

That explains why you’ll get a huge discount for the Switch version of the game.

Regardless of which version of the game you want to get, you can buy the game here at Playasia if you’re interested:

CDJapan

Well, what do you know?

You can get Final Fantasy I-VI Pixel Remaster at CDJapan, of course, if you prefer to play the game in Japanese.

But funnily enough, you won’t find the regular version of the game at CDJapan, though.

Rather, the version that you’ll get instead is the one from the Square-Enix e-Store which comes with a vinyl record set, artbook, 8 stylized pixel art character figures, and the bonus lenticular sleeve.

Yes, I’m talking about the Memorial Package which will come out on March 20, 2025.

If you’re truly a diehard Final Fantasy fan, then you’ll surely want to get your hands on this edition.

Just to be clear you can only get this version of Final Fantasy I-VI Pixel Remaster through CDJapan Proxy Shopping Service.

That means you will need to pay additional fees in addition to the item price and the shipping cost.

The good news is you can place your order for the normal item at CDJapan as you normally would.

Just place your order as usual and CDJapan will sort out everything else for you.
